Obudowy szaf sterowniczych i automatyki

JS Integral wykonuje obudowy szaf sterowniczych i automatyki na zlecenie Klienta, zgodnie z dostarczoną dokumentacją techniczną lub na podstawie uzgodnień, z uwzględnieniem wymagań norm PN-EN, w tym norm górniczych.

Zastosowanie

• do zabudowy aparatury elektrycznej: rozdzielczej, zabezpieczającej, sygnalizacyjnej, sterowniczej, kontrolnej, pomiarowej, i innej
• do zabudowy aparatury elektronicznej i elementów automatyki, w tym: sterowników logicznych PLC i innych urządzeń do sterowania, wizualizacji i monitorowania procesów pracy w systemach BMS i HVAC
• do zapewnienia wysokiego stopnia ochrony zabudowanej aparatury przed uszkodzeniami mechanicznymi, zapyleniem lub zalaniem

Przeznaczenie

Obudowy przeznaczone są do prefabrykacji szaf sterowniczych i automatyki stosowanych w:

• maszynach i urządzeniach w przemyśle wytwórczym, górnictwie odkrywkowym węgla brunatnego, górnictwie rud metali, energetyce i innych gałęziach gospodarki
• budownictwie mieszkaniowym wielorodzinnym i wielokondygnacyjnym
• obiektach użyteczności publicznej
• obiektach infrastrukturalnych budownictwa przemysłowego, ekologicznego, inżynierskiego, hydrotechnicznego i innych

Opis konstrukcji

• blacha stalowa, nierdzewna lub kwasoodporna
• korpus obudowy: typ monoblok, szczelnie spawany
• zamknięcia: drzwi czołowe – pełne lub transparentne, jedno lub dwuskrzydłowe
• uszczelnienia: uszczelki nakładane na kołnierz korpusu obudowy, wklejane lub wylewane (poliuretanowe) na drzwiach obudowy
• otworowanie: w korpusie obudowy, w drzwiach, w płytach montażowych – zgodnie z dokumentacją Klienta
• zabezpieczenie antykorozyjne: malowanie proszkowe – kolor standardowy wg. palety RAL

Control cabinet enclosures

JS INTEGRAL manufactures control cabinet enclosures based on technical documentation provided by the customer, complying with the relevant requirements of PN-EN standards, including mining standards.

Usage

Enclosures are intended for prefabrication of control and automation cabinets used in:

• machines and devices used in the manufacturing industry, brown coal strip mining, ore mining, power engineering and other sectors of the economy
• multi-storey housing
• infrastructural and utilities facilities

Construction

• sheet steel, stainless or acid resistant steel
• housing: monoblock type, welded
• closures: front door – full or transparent, single or double door
• sealing: gaskets applied to the housing body flange, glued or cast (polyurethane) on the door of the housing
• openings: in the housing body, in the door, in the mounting plates – according to the customer documentation
• corrosion protection: powder coating – standard color according to RAL palettes
• dimensions of enclosures: adapted to the intended electrical equipment

Gehäuse für Schalt- und Automatisierungsschränke

JS INTEGRAL fertigt Gehäuse für Schalt- und Automatisierungsschränke gemäß Kundenauftrag, gemäß der gelieferten (elektrischen und mechanischen) Dokumentation und den technischen Spezifikationen, unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen der PN-EN-Normen, einschließlich der Bergbau-Normen.

Einsatzbereiche

• Installation von elektrischen Geräten: Schaltanlagen, Schutz-, Signal-, Steuer-, Kontroll-, Messgeräten u. v. a.
• Installation von elektronischen Anlagen und Automatisierungskomponenten, einschließlich: SPS sowie anderer Geräte zur Steuerung, Visualisierung und Überwachung von Arbeitsprozessen in GLT- und HLK-Systemen
• Gewährleistung eines hohen Schutzes der eingebauten Geräte vor mechanischer Beschädigung, Staub oder Wassereinbruch

Bestimmung

Die Gehäuse sind zur Vorfertigung von Schalt- und Automatisierungsschränken bestimmt, die in folgenden Bereichen eingesetzt werden:

Beschreibung der Konstruktion

• Stahlblech, rostfreier oder säurebeständiger Stahl
• Gehäusekörper: Monoblockausführung, dicht verschweißt
• Verschluss: Fronttür – vollflächig oder transparent, ein- oder zweiflügelig
• Dichtungen: aufgesetzte Dichtungen am Gehäusekörperflansch, eingeklebt oder gegossen (Polyurethan) an der Gehäusetür
• Fertigen von Öffnungen: im Gehäusekörper, im Türkörper, in den Front- und Montageplatten – gemäß Kundendokumentation
• Korrosionsschutz: Pulverbeschichtung – Farbe nach RAL
